UNITED Academy Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases of products, training, online courses and digital resources from UNITED Academy. “UNITED Academy,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the business providing these products and services.

Please read these terms, our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and any applicable course or product information before purchasing.

1. Eligibility and Customer Information

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase from UNITED Academy.
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, enrollment and contact information. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and protecting your login credentials.

Professional products and training may have additional eligibility requirements. Any required qualifications or prerequisites will be identified before purchase.

2. Products and Intended Use

Use all products according to their labels, instructions, storage requirements and expiration dates.
Products designated for professional use must be used only by appropriately trained individuals who meet applicable licensing and practice requirements. Purchasing a product or completing training does not authorize you to perform services outside your legal scope of practice.

A product’s suitability for topical use does not establish its suitability for injection, implantation or delivery beneath the skin. Follow the intended use stated by the manufacturer.

Product results vary. Unless expressly stated, UNITED Academy does not guarantee a particular treatment outcome.

3. Prices, Payments and Availability

Prices and applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed before checkout. Prices may change for future purchases without affecting completed orders.

You agree to pay the amount shown at checkout using an authorized payment method.

If an item becomes unavailable or a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you. We will not charge an increased price or substitute a materially different item without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill the order as agreed, we will refund the affected purchase.

4. Product Order Cancellations

Product orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted, except where required by law.
Review your items, quantities and delivery address before completing checkout. Contact us immediately if you identify an error, although corrections cannot be guaranteed.

Eligible products may be returned after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Product Returns

Requests for eligible change-of-mind returns must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and have all safety seals intact. Proof of purchase and return approval are required.

Opened or used serums, pigments, skincare products, needles, cartridges and disposable treatment supplies are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Customized items and products clearly marked final sale are also excluded.

Customers pay return shipping for approved change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from our error or a refund is required by law.
These restrictions do not limit rights relating to damaged, defective, incorrect or misdescribed products. Contact shipping@unitedacademyusa.com for assistance.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Our Shipping Policy explains processing, shipping charges, tracking and delivery assistance.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply when a package must be resent because of an address error you supplied.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and offer the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a refund as required by law.

Contact us promptly about lost, damaged or incorrect shipments so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

7. Training Enrollment

Review the course description, prerequisites, location, schedule, included materials and completion requirements before enrolling.

Enrollment is personal to the registered student. Transferring a place to another person or date requires prior written approval and is not guaranteed.

Students must provide accurate enrollment information and complete any required forms before participating. Any additional mandatory fees or requirements will be disclosed before purchase.

8. In-Person Training Cancellations and Refunds

In-person training purchases are final. Student cancellations and refunds are not permitted, except where required by law.

Deposits, registration fees and tuition are nonrefundable. Failure to attend, late arrival, early departure, travel difficulties, scheduling conflicts or failure to complete the course do not qualify for a refund.

Rescheduling requests are reviewed individually and require written approval. Approval is not guaranteed.
If UNITED Academy cancels a class or changes its scheduled date, you may choose an available replacement date or a refund of the tuition and deposit paid for the affected training.

Third-party travel, accommodation and other expenses are not included in tuition refunds, except where required by law.

9. Online Courses and Digital Products

Online courses and digital products are final sale and nonrefundable, except where required by law.
This includes self-paced courses, live online training, recorded lessons, downloadable manuals, templates and other digital resources, whether or not you access or complete them.

Where applicable law requires express consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgment of the resulting loss of cancellation rights, we will obtain that consent before providing access.

Access periods, technical requirements, included support and any recording availability are stated in the course description. Lifetime access is included only when expressly offered.

Contact support@unitedacademyusa.com if you experience an access problem. If we cannot deliver the purchased content or resolve a delivery issue within a reasonable time, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required.

If UNITED Academy cancels or reschedules a live online class, you may choose an available replacement date or a refund for the affected class.

10. Payment Plans

An approved payment plan commits you to the payment schedule disclosed and accepted at enrollment.
Choosing not to attend, access or complete training does not cancel the remaining balance, except where a statutory cancellation right or another legal remedy applies.
If a payment is overdue, we may suspend access after providing notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Any approved cancellation or refund will include the appropriate adjustment to future installments.

11. Participation and Professional Conduct

Students must follow instructor directions, hygiene procedures, safety requirements and applicable laws.
Harassment, threats, discrimination, unauthorized recording, disclosure of private information and conduct that creates a safety risk are prohibited.

We may pause or end participation when reasonably necessary to protect others or address a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Any refund or remaining payment obligations will be assessed under the circumstances and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms prohibits honest reviews, lawful complaints or reports to regulators.

12. Practical Training and Models

Any practical work involving models or clients requires appropriate screening, informed consent and compliance with applicable safety and licensing requirements.

Students may perform only the activities authorized by the instructor and permitted by law. Students must promptly disclose information relevant to their safe participation.

Any model participation requirements will be communicated before training. Model consent and any photography or media permissions are handled separately.

13. Certificates and Scope of Practice

Certificates are issued only after the stated attendance, assessment, practical and payment requirements have been satisfied.

A UNITED Academy certificate documents completion of the relevant course requirements. It is not a government-issued license and does not independently authorize professional practice.

Students are responsible for determining and satisfying the licensing, insurance, facility and other requirements that apply where they intend to work.

Enrollment does not guarantee certification, employment, business success, income or specific client results.

14. Educational Content and Intellectual Property

UNITED Academy course materials, videos, manuals, templates, graphics, logos and other original content are protected by intellectual property laws.
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, nontransferable right to access and use the purchased materials for the purposes described in the course or product listing.
You may not share account access, resell materials, publish lessons, distribute recordings or use our content to teach your own courses without written permission.
Templates expressly supplied for use in your practice may be used within the permission accompanying those templates.
Course completion does not grant permission to use UNITED Academy branding or present yourself as an authorized UNITED educator, partner or representative. Those roles require separate written authorization.

15. Privacy and Media Permissions

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Respect the confidentiality of other students, models and clients. Do not record or share another person’s identifying information, images or treatment details without appropriate consent.

Purchasing a course does not automatically grant UNITED Academy permission to use your image or testimonial for marketing. Any such permission will be requested separately.

16. Educational Information and Results

Training and educational resources do not replace individualized medical advice, legal advice or professional judgment.

Techniques, products and procedures may not be suitable for every person. Practitioners are responsible for appropriate assessment, informed consent, lawful practice and referral when necessary.

Examples, testimonials and before-and-after images illustrate individual experiences and do not guarantee equivalent results.

17. Consumer Rights and Responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights concerning defective goods, services not supplied as described, mandatory cancellation periods or applicable education regulations.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or other conduct for which applicable law prohibits a limitation.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version presented at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.

Later changes will not retrospectively reduce your rights or materially change a purchased service without any notice or agreement required by law.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

19. Questions and Concerns

Contact us if you have a question or concern about a purchase or training experience. We will review the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Contacting us does not waive or restrict your right to seek assistance from your payment provider, a regulator or a court.
