UNITED Academy Return and Refund Policy
Please review this policy before purchasing products, enrolling in training or accessing digital education.
Product Returns
Eligible product returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and have all safety seals intact. Proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used serums, pigments, skincare products, needles, cartridges and disposable treatment supplies cannot be returned for a change of mind. Customized products and items marked final sale are also excluded.
To request a return, email shipping@unitedacademyusa.com with your order number, the item details and the reason for your request. Obtain return approval and shipping instructions before sending any products back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping on approved change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned items have been received and inspected.
Order Cancellations
Product orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted. Please confirm your products, quantities and shipping address before completing checkout.
Eligible products may still be returned after delivery under the product return policy above.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Inspect your order upon arrival. If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact shipping@unitedacademyusa.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where possible.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy. The 7-day change-of-mind return window does not limit any rights you have concerning faulty or incorrect products.
In-Person Training
All in-person training purchases are final. Student cancellations and refunds are not permitted, except where required by law.
Deposits, registration fees and tuition are nonrefundable. Please confirm your availability, travel arrangements and ability to meet the course requirements before enrolling.
Failure to attend, late arrival, early departure, scheduling conflicts or failure to complete the course do not qualify for a refund. Rescheduling or transferring enrollment is not guaranteed and requires prior written approval from UNITED Academy.
If UNITED Academy cancels a training or changes its scheduled date, you may choose an available replacement date or a refund for the affected training. This includes any deposit paid. Third-party travel and accommodation expenses are not included, except where required by law.
Online Courses and Digital Products
All online course and digital product purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where required by law.
This applies to self-paced courses, live online training, recorded lessons, downloadable resources, digital manuals and other educational content, whether or not you access or complete them.
Please review the course description, access period, technical requirements and included materials before purchasing.
Where legally required, we will obtain your express consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgment of any resulting loss of statutory cancellation rights.
If you experience an access or technical issue, contact our education support team. If UNITED Academy cannot deliver the purchased content or resolve a delivery problem within a reasonable time, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Payment Plans
Enrollment through a payment plan commits you to the agreed payment schedule. Choosing not to attend, access or complete training does not cancel your remaining payment obligations, except where cancellation rights or another remedy apply by law.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be waived, including rights relating to faulty products, services not delivered as described, statutory cancellation periods or applicable education regulations.
